With 20 years of global experience, Luke is a seasoned creative leader known for shaping impactful, cross-platform brand experiences for some of the world’s most iconic technology and innovation companies - including Apple, Google, Meta, Cash App, and Afterpay - as well as leading creative agencies such as 72andSunny and Media Arts Lab. His work consistently blends cultural relevance with business impact.
As Head of Creative, Luke leads brand and integrated marketing, along with all social initiatives, driving the global creative vision, communication, craft, and output for Cash App and Afterpay. He manages a large team of art directors, writers, designers, and producers, collaborating with cross-functional partners including C-suite leaders and heads of Brand, Growth, Research, Product, Design, Sales, and Engineering. Luke ensures the creative not only stands out but aligns with business goals, investor expectations, and regulatory environments across the US, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
He brings a maker mindset to leadership - comfortable directing brand-defining creative at scale, while still jumping in to prototype, concept, and craft ideas that move the work forward. Whether launching new products, building platforms, or evolving mature brands, Luke focuses on storytelling that builds trust, drives innovation, and earns love.
Luke has helped brands disrupt markets, lead categories, and enter new spaces. His portfolio spans global product launches, brand platforms, documentary films, content ecosystems, social campaigns, user-generated content, games, branded experiences, products, brand identities, style guides, packaging, and traditional TV, print, and OOH campaigns.
He is a conscious leader who takes full responsibility for his circumstances and outcomes. Luke’s work has been recognized by top industry award shows including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Webby, Clios, Mumbrella, B&T, and the ARIA Awards (Australia’s equivalent of the Grammys). Notably, he helped lead 72andSunny to win Agency of the Year and was honored as Western Sydney University’s Alumni of the Year.
Originally from Sydney, Luke has spent half his career in the United States - first in California and now based in New York.
